We integrate augmented reality (AR) with advanced surgical robotics to expand access to high-quality patient care in rural, austere, and military field environments. Leveraging the Microsoft HoloLens 2 and platforms & libraries such as Unity, OpenPose, and MakeHuman, we enable remote surgical collaboration through high-fidelity, anatomically accurate 3D models. Our system provides real-time, co-located visualization allowing remote medical experts to share the exact field of view of medics operating on-site. This immersive, synchronized environment facilitates precision guided support and situational awareness, bridging critical gaps in distributed medical response.
